Oakleaf Partnership are pleased to be working with a leading, international law firm on a Graduate Recruitment Coordinator vacancy. This will be a 3 month contract initially with the view to be extended/go permanent ultimately. Their offices are based in the City of London.
This role will support the UK graduate recruitment programmes and provide assistance to the global offices. All members of the team are involved in all elements of the recruitment cycle but this role will have specific responsibilities for supporting with the coordination of the internal graduate recruitment programmes (Insight Days, Bright Futures Programme and Vacation Schemes), the selection and assessment process and developing university relationships at key universities. This involves the annual recruitment of approximately 80 vacation scheme students (in London, Newcastle and Manchester) and approximately 45 trainee solicitors. Additional experience developing graduate marketing campaigns (including social media) would be desirable but not essential.
