Senior HR Advisor

This is a permanent position to start ASAP, based in St. Albans. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global Hospitality and Catering brand as a Senior HR Advisor, working in a friendly and supportive HR team.

Client Details

The client are a well-known market leader in the Hospitality and Catering industry, with head offices based in St Albans. They are currently seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor, with strong knowledge and experience as a HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition to join their team on a permanent basis.


As a Senior HR Advisor, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Recruiting top talent
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Stategise Recruitment Process
  • Job sizing, Job Evaluation and pay scales
  • Advising managers on Performance Management
  • Analysing HR trends from reports created by administrators
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Review and revise HR Policies
  • Mentor junior members of the HR team
  • Ad hoc project work


The successful candidate will:

  • Ideally be CIPD qualified or part qualified
  • Have strong interpersonal skills
  • Be able to work well within a team and independently
  • Competent excel skills (pivot tables and vlookups)
  • Be confident in dealing with challenging objections from stakeholders
  • Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
