Description

Culture and engagement

  • Drive our quarterly engagement survey and ensure that the feedback is acted upon and becomes part of the people agenda.
  • Support our learning and development culture.

Recruitment and On boarding

  • 360 Direct Recruitment
  • Understanding of immigration laws for Visa Sponsorship
  • Responsible for leading overall candidate experience

People Operations

  • Ensure our people related documentation are up to date and relevant.
  • Provide advice and guidance to employees on benefits and entitlements including pensions

Payroll

  • Collection and collation of all payroll requirements

Profile

  • Experience as
  • Educated to a degree level
  • Minimum CIPD Level 5 and level 7 desirable
  • Experience recruiting within the creative landscape
  • Sociable and collegiate - we are a tight-knit group
  • Good working knowledge and experience when dealing with UK employment legislation
