Culture and engagement
- Drive our quarterly engagement survey and ensure that the feedback is acted upon and becomes part of the people agenda.

Recruitment and On boarding
- 360 Direct Recruitment
- Understanding of immigration laws for Visa Sponsorship
- Responsible for leading overall candidate experience
- Ensure our people related documentation are up to date and relevant.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees on benefits and entitlements including pensions
- Collection and collation of all payroll requirements
- Experience as
- Educated to a degree level
- Minimum CIPD Level 5 and level 7 desirable
- Experience recruiting within the creative landscape
- Sociable and collegiate - we are a tight-knit group
- Good working knowledge and experience when dealing with UK employment legislation
