HR Advisor

Annapurna have partnered with an international communication agency to find a HR Advisor to join the team.

It will report to a Senior HR Business Partner and support an assigned department and management team.

We are looking for an articulate and motivated HR Admin/assistant/advisor who are looking for their next challenge!

Responsibilities include:

- Support the HR Business Partner in developing the People plan

- ER: disciplinaries, grievances, sickness, performance improvement

- Support with restructures and TUPE processes

- Update policies and procecedures

- Ensure all new starters are inducted, probation objectives are set and reviewed, salary reviews are performed and bench marking are conducted.

Skills and experience required:

- CIPD or similar qualification or working towards

- UK Employment law knowledge

- Experience of working as a HR assistant/admin/Advisor is a must (in a similar industry is preferred)
