Your new role
As a recruitment coordinator, you will sit within the People Team taking care of all recruitment administration. This involves scheduling all interviews in a timely manner for a high volume recruitment team. Taking ownership of the on boarding process and background checking. You will be providing top level ad-hoc and regular recruitment reports for recruiters, maintain data integrity in systems of record (Workday). This is also an exciting opportunity for you to reach out to universities and arrange career fairs and supporting the marketing of campus events.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have previous experience working as a recruitment coordinator in a well known organisation. You must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PPT and Outlook and ideally have used previous HRIS systems.
