My client, a leading international healthcare organisation have an opportunity for a Reward Manager to join their team in London.
Reporting into the Head of Reward you will have a number of responsibilities including:
Managing the job evaluation process and benchmarking all UK salaries and benefits
Working on the annual pay review cycle
Supporting the benefits team with the development of the benefits offering and looking at this from an operational perspective
Working on ad hoc reward projects throughout the year
Supporting the Head of Reward with the development of the reward strategy
We are looking for someone who has total reward experience and is looking to take the next step in their career. My client uses Workday and whilst it would be preferable if you have experience with Workday, they are willing to train you if you don't.
