Recruitment Manager

I am working exclusively with a boutique consulting firm who are in an exciting period of growth. They have now reached a size where they need a dedicated Recruitment Manager to oversee both the graduate recruitment and the experienced hire recruitment.

Managing the recruitment for their UK offices - along with a recent office opening in the U.S. - you will be partnering closely with the business to develop their attraction strategy, modifying interview processes, managing relationships with universities, hosting recruitment events, as well as being an excellent brand ambassador and ensuring a strong pipeline of the firm's future talent.

They are a strategy consulting firm so knowledge of this sort of environment would certainly give you a head start. They are absolutely open to looking at candidates who may not have this, as long as you are able to evidence strong stakeholder management, experience of working in a growing business and have a creative mind!

As this role will manage both graduate and experienced consultants, it would be helpful to have hired for both levels but don't let this stop you applying. The firm are in a position to offer great support if your experience is more weighted to one than the other.
