We have an exciting opportunity for an MBA Corporate Relationship Manager (Cass Postgraduate Careers) to join our Careers and Professional Development team.

Responsibilities

The role will focus on helping organisations raise their profiles amongst Cass students, promoting their opportunities and recruiting in the most effective way, whilst raising the profile of Cass Business School in the business community.

The successful candidate will conduct employer engagement activities to maximize global job and networking opportunities by building relationships with organisations recruiting MBA students and alumni from Cass Business School (coordinating closely with the MSc Careers team) and managing the relationships between students and employers. Students will include: London MBA Programmes; current students and recent alumni.

You will proactively develop new relationships with targeted employers to encourage on and off campus events, networking opportunities and vacancies / projects for students.

You will also provide insightful labour market intelligence, advice and guidance to help MBA students make realistic choices about employment opportunities.

Sectors include but not limited to Finance, Consulting, FMCG, Retail, Luxury Goods, FinTech, Agencies, IT, Telecommunications, Energy, Automotive, Healthcare / Pharma, Construction, Transport / Logistics and Entrepreneurship.

Person Specification

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent and will have a previous track record of winning new business and clients. You will have the ability to articulate and clearly communicate the key benefits of engaging with the Business School Talent. Knowledge of two or three of the following sectors is preferable (Finance, FMCG, Retail, Luxury Goods, Consumer, IT/Telecoms, Energy, Pharma, Logistics and Entrepreneurship); ideally within the area of Recruitment or Talent Management.

You will be highly organised with the ability to organise and manage events, with an understanding of a business school environment and the MBA market. You will have experience of recruitment processes and how to find employment. Experience giving presentations to large audiences is desirable, as well as experience gained within a large global organisation.
