Regional HR Advisor
Perm Regional HR Advisor required to cover the North West region paying up to £35,000 + car allowance.
Your new company
One of the countries most well know and leading construction company which are behind some of the UK most significant project. The business hosts a very large workforce and operate in over 100 countries world wide.
Your new role
As the regional HR Advisor the role will require a heavy element of travel across the North West. The business has a number of offices across the northwest in areas such as Liverpool, Warrington and Manchester. Your base will be based in Didsbury however the role will see you out and about on the road almost daily. You will also be required for on over night travel in Edinburgh maybe once per month.
You will be required to be the main point of contact for any Employee Relations issues that arise across the business. These issues can vary from low level performance reviews up to and including complex dismissal cases. You will be the first call for any and all HR queries.
This role would be a great option for somebody who is looking for something different and exciting that sitting at their desk all day. A current HR Advisor who is perhaps looking for a step up into more responsibility
What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked in a HR Advisor capacity previously and have an excellent, up to date knowledge of ER and employment law.
You will be comfortable in providing advise on all manner of cases and queries including dismissal.
You will be comfortable in managing your own workload and have the ability to prioritise your workload as well as be able to juggle a number of different tasks at once.
You will be comfortable in managing your own administration.
If you have worked in a construction/manufacturing business previously, that would be desirable, as would having experience working within a unionised environment.
This role is offered on a permanent basis and is paying a generous salary of up to £35,000. You will also receive some great benefits including a car allowance of £4200, 33 days holiday, 5% pension match, company share scheme and the company are currently in negotiations for an employee perks scheme.
