Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global organisation based in Berkshire. We are supporting the growth of their reward function by hiring a compensation analyst to join their team.
As a Compensation Analyst you will be reporting into the Compensation Director and will be working closely with the Reward Business Partners to ensure the delivery of the global reward objectives.
Responsibilities will include:
Supporting the Compensation Director to develop reward policies and practices
Reviewing Workday transactions to ensure they are in line with compensation policies and practices
Evaluating and benchmarking new roles
Supporting the reward business partners with pay negotiations by providing all relevant data and insight
Developing market intelligence surveys and present quarterly summaries to HR stakeholders
You will be dealing with large volumes of global data and this role will provide a real variety of work to execute. It is essential that you have strong Excel skills. The environment is vibrant, busy and very collaborative.
