Interim Reward Consultant

Oakleaf are working with a high growth Professional Services firm. This a US firm that is growing significantly across Europe and therefore require a Reward Consultant to support on a contract basis in developing a strong compensation strategy.

  • Lead the design and implementation of all salary programs and structures including competitive short and long-term incentive plans

  • Lead the evaluation of jobs and the application of existing job classifications, assignment of job grades and salary ranges

  • Manage local compensation and benefits survey participation to include partnering with Corporate/ Global Compensation in the participation of international surveys to obtain local and regional compensation market data.

  • Works closely with the US Compensation & Employee Equity teams

  • Assess our benefits competitiveness relative to market and ensure program compliance on country by country basis.

  • Liaise with HR to consult on mobility planning strategies and budget

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous experience within a Financial Services organisation, ideally working with an investment division

  • Experience in dealing with senior management across Europe

  • Track record of design, develop, communication and administration of compensation strategies and plans, including bonuses, incentives and other compensation vehicles
