Oakleaf are working with a high growth Professional Services firm. This a US firm that is growing significantly across Europe and therefore require a Reward Consultant to support on a contract basis in developing a strong compensation strategy.
Lead the design and implementation of all salary programs and structures including competitive short and long-term incentive plans
Lead the evaluation of jobs and the application of existing job classifications, assignment of job grades and salary ranges
Manage local compensation and benefits survey participation to include partnering with Corporate/ Global Compensation in the participation of international surveys to obtain local and regional compensation market data.
Works closely with the US Compensation & Employee Equity teams
Assess our benefits competitiveness relative to market and ensure program compliance on country by country basis.
Liaise with HR to consult on mobility planning strategies and budget
The successful candidate will have:
Previous experience within a Financial Services organisation, ideally working with an investment division
Experience in dealing with senior management across Europe
Track record of design, develop, communication and administration of compensation strategies and plans, including bonuses, incentives and other compensation vehicles
