Your new role
You will be joining a brilliant HR team to lead the recruitment function as the Resourcing Manager, on a 9 month fixed term contract.
Reporting into a passionate Deputy HR Director and managing a team of two, you will work closely with stakeholders and colleagues to deliver an exceptional recruitment service. It will be your role to ensure the team provide beginning to end support to hiring managers, including effective job briefings, in addition to enabling a positive and engaging candidate journey.
Furthermore, you will take the lead on delivering recruitment training to managers across the organisation, alongside coaching and enabling managers to attract and retain the best talent.
Innovative thinking and forward planning will be key, and you will seek ways to improve processes, build external networks and drive innovative attraction methodologies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will demonstrate extensive internal recruitment experience, ideally including management responsibility, along with a passion for delivering great customer service. It will be highly advantageous if you have worked in the government sector previously or a similar public sector organisation.
