Your new role
The Recruitment Team Leader will manage and develop a team of internal recruitment consultants responsible for high volume recruitment vacancies within the organisation. The Recruitment Team Leader will manage the allocation of workloads, ensure delivery of recruitment requests and maximise team performance against KPIs and SLAs. The post holder will also manage relationships with agencies and external suppliers. Additionally the role will act as a point of escalation for queries and complaints.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an experienced Recruitment Team Leader who has managed a large team with a fast paced organisation. Previous experience of people management and managing KPIs and SLAs is essential. The ability to build strong stakeholder management skills, identify areas for continuous improvement and deliver excellent customer service will be vital to success
