HR & Talent Business Partner
£40,000 - £48,000 perm

Oakleaf Partnership are working with an exciting brand within the hospitality industry in the search for a generalist business partner. This role is suited to someone with a solid generalist background rather than recruitment.
You will be responsible for recruiting top talent for all corporate functions across the business, strategic people planning and big picture thinking. You will want to help others be the best they can be in their role by encouraging personal development and feedback throughout the organization. You'll build an internal talent pipeline and be an inspirational people grower. Your leadership and relating skills will see you build sustainable working relationships throughout the organization.
Strategy & Metrics in the role (15%) * Refine and deliver on recruitment strategy and demonstrate ROI * Leverage creative approaches to talent acquisition to ensure direct sourcing maximized * Proactively support and drive diversity strategy * Ensure vacancy rate remains below 5% of overall headcount * Establish a competitive, relevant and up to date Preferred Supplier List (PSL) and maintain relationships with agencies * Create, develop, and distribute recruitment information and reporting * Turnover and recruitment metrics; set up and track on a monthly basis
Recruitment & Business Partnering (65%): * Pro-active business partnering with hiring managers in order to scope out the right roles for their team, ensuring that the structure supports the ever-changing business landscape * Support hiring managers in making the right cultural hires for the business * Provide deep insight and feedback to hiring managers surrounding potential/stretch of recommended candidates * Ensure all candidate documentation is kept secure and compliant with Data Protection and ensuring that all candidates have the right to work in the UK * Supporting field recruitment for leadership roles and operational as required
