Are you a Reward professional thinking about your next move in Financial Services? This global investment firm are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their highly valued Compensation team in their stunning Central London offices.
You will help the firm with the implementation of new compensation software, playing an important role in the strategic direction of the function. You will take ownership of a range of compensation data, providing key management information and reports to help drive business decisions around compensation. You will also have the opportunity to design new reports and processes. You'll be involved in the annual salary and bonus reviews and benchmarking exercises, and assist with the management of share plans, and will develop a broad range of compensation skills.
Your background in the Reward or HR Analytics function of a banking or other financial services firm will be a major benefit to our client. You will bring a few years' experience and the drive to learn more about compensation and Reward. The environment is fast-paced and the firm will aim to develop your career rapidly, so you'll need to be able to learn quickly.
