HR Manager - Maternity cover
Hours - Full time (business offer flexi working)
Reporting into Director level this role will be responsible for the HR/People operations. You will lead a team of 2 HRBP's, 2 Admin & 1 Payroll clerk. The business are looking for an individual who can join the organisation and be innovative, progressive and passion about people.
Responsibilities To manage and supervise members of the HR team as directed, including appraisals, one to ones and performance management.To act as a key business partner supporting organisational change and development and assisting in managing complex areas of people management and development.To act as an internal advisor in furthering the business objectives by implementing HR policy and providing HR support and advices. To have responsibility and accountability across the whole HR, leading on specific projects.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have the below
Experience of leading & managing a HR team including payroll
Experience of running HR systems and anybody with a new implementation would be useful
Engagement project experience
