Compensation Manager - Asset Management - London 12 month FTC

I am working with an exceptional asset management firm in Central London, who are currently recruiting for a Compensation Manager to join them on a 12 - 15 month maternity cover.
Your new role
You will manage the cyclical compensation activities such as salary review process, bonus calculations, and presenting data to the business. You will manage a compensation and benefits analyst. You will also manage job gradings, and salary benchmarking.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience as Compensation Manager, within financial services, ideally asset management. You will enjoy working in fast paced demanding environment. You will have experience of preparing remco papers and year-end compensation for a material business unit.
