Senior HR Advisor required in Trafford with regular travel to Chapel on le frith on a 12 Month FTC. Up to £35k
Your new company
You will be joining a well known fast growing organisation within the industry who are now currently operating the business with approximately 1000 staff across 10 sites and further plans to grow.
Your new role
Reporting into the Senior HRBP you will be responsible for a number of sites across the greater Manchester area and therefore travel and flexibility is required. In terms of the remit you will be partnering approximately 70 members of staff with a range of skill sets but mainly the more technical staff force with some lower level workers. The business is experiencing a number of challenges mainly to do with the business being taken over in the last 18 months and therefore somebody who can embrace change and ensure that this is pushed out positively to the staff members would be suitable for this position. You will be the main point of contact for any and all ER cases and issues. You will be required to deal with any manner of issues up to and including dismissal. The role will also have a generalist feel to it meaning you will be required to get fully involved into the wider HR team as a whole.
This is a great opportunity for somebody who is really for their next step maybe somebody who is operating as a HR Advisor and is looking for the step up into a Senior Advisor / Junior BP role.
What you'll need to succeed
We are looking for a really friendly and motivated HR professional who has gained a number of years experience in an advising capacity.
You will have experience dealing with a wide range of Employee relations case work and have an up to date and working knowledge of employment law.
You will ideally have experience working within a generalist role and be willing to get stuck in to any task that you may be required for.
This is a 12 months position and therefore the right candidate can't really be on a longer notice period than 1 month.
Regular travel is required between the Trafford and the Chapel on le Frith sites and therefore somebody must be prepared to travel,.
