HR DATA ANALYST - AUTOMOTIVE MARKET - LONDON - £30k

You will be joining the HR team of a Global Automotive organisation based in Central London.
Your new role
You will be the HRIS super-user, acting as the key point of contact from all HRIS queries across an international remit. You will manage all employee data and be responsible for all MI reporting. You will partner with senior stakeholders on HR projects such as identifying HR trends and areas for improvement based on employee data. You will report directly into the Head of Talent and Development and work closely with the HR Manager and HR Director. You will provide system support and training to all stakeholders across the wider organisation.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be an HR professional with an appreciation for a generalist remit. You must have a solid background in HR systems (super-user) and MI reporting. An analytical and inquisitive approach to HR are a must. You will have experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels, with exposure to an international remit being highly beneficial. Strong IT skills (Excel, PowerPoint) are vital.
