I am looking to speak to Benefits Manager for a 12 month maternity cover contract to join a global Financial Services organisation. This role will be responsible for the strategic and operational benefits management covering the EMEA region and circa 2000 employees.
The role will manage all third party relationships alongside leading on cyclical projects and key projects identified to develop and evolve the benefits landscape as well as Wellness Implementation and M&A activity.
Lead the Annual Benefit Renewal Processes
Lead the UK Annual Benefit Renewal End to End Process
Develop and implement new benefit products and services that are engaging and support employee retention, ensuring they are aligned with the Wellness Philosophy
Manage third party supplier relationships
Maximise key communication tools available to educate, promote and support employees
Lead on Benefits due diligence for all M&A and Divestiture activities
The successful candidate will have:
Operational and strategic management of a UK Benefits function, including Broker management
and leading the Annual Benefit Renewal Process.
Exposure to and management of benefits internationally (i.e. outside of the UK market).
Experience of corporate wellness or wellbeing programs.
