Oakleaf Partnership are recruiting for an exciting FinTech business based in Canary Wharf, looking for a Reward Manager EMEA.
You will be joining an exciting start up Fin Tech organisation where you will join the Head of Reward to help build a reward function. The successful candidate will need to be confident in their ability to deliver in ambiguous environments, with the ability to roll up your sleeves and execute the operational responsibilities of this role as well as support on the strategic direction of EMEA Reward.
You will be the second appointment in the Reward team, with the view of growing out a reward function. Therefore previous management experience is desired but not essential. EMEA reward knowledge is however essential.
Key responsibilities will include the management of annual compensation activities ranging from salary reviews, bonus payment etc. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the effectiveness and competitiveness of the reward offering, whilst maintaining the compliance and internal reward governance within the EMEA regions.
