A global Asset Management business are currently seeking an interim Senior HR Business Partner to manage their Europe and APAC division for a 12 month maternity cover contract. This role will also lead the HR BP and HR generalist team of 3 in London and Frankfurt, and partner closely with the Senior HR BP for the US

The role is based in London and reports to the Global Head of HR. There will be some requirement to travel periodically.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business
  • Act as deputy to the Global Head of HR in her absence
  • Deliver high impact solutions to business leaders
  • Partner with leaders to develop and implement human capital strategies
  • Build strong working relationships with US HR counterparts
  • Manage employee relations issues & engage external counsel as required
  • Partner with the Senior recruiter on key senior hires & hiring plan
  • Talent Management & Performance Management
  • Identification of Learning and Development needs and work in partnership with the US L&D team to devise solutions
  • Reward advisory, and implementation of Reward processes in partnership with the Head of Compensation
  • HR Project leadership e.g. Brexit, Senior Managers Certification Regime, IR35, HR Target Operating Model
  • Responsible for the day to day management, engagement and development of the HRBP and generalist team
  • Member of the SMCR Governance Committee

Required:

  • Substantial HR generalist
  • Experience supporting clients in Europe and Apac
  • SMCR implementation experience
  • Led on Mergers & Acquisitions
  • International Office set up exp
  • Financial Services experience
  • Credible and commercial

Due to the nature of this role we require someone who is immediately available or on a flexible notice period.
