Recruitment Administrator - Legal

A leading international law firm based in The City are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support their Recruitment team. Reporting into the Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for (but not limited to):

  • Assisting the team in a variety of core resourcing related admin tasks (including diary management, arranging interviews, booking meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)

  • Assisting the resourcing team with secretarial duties, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables etc.

  • Managing the recruitment calendar and recruitment inbox

  • Arranging resourcing related meetings, events or travel and producing packs as necessary, including conference calls and video conference calls

  • Completing expense reclaim forms

  • Printing, photocopying, scanning, creating and amending documents

  • Processing invoices and assisting with budget management

  • Assisting with related projects and initiatives providing admin assistance where required

As the Recruitment Administrator, you will possess:

  • An interest in resourcing

  • Strong IT skills to include MS Office

  • Numeracy skills and ability to create, interpret and generate reports and spreadsheets

  • Attention to detail

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations and information in a discreet manner
