A leading international law firm based in The City are looking for a Recruitment Administrator to support their Recruitment team. Reporting into the Resourcing Advisor you will be responsible for (but not limited to):
Assisting the team in a variety of core resourcing related admin tasks (including diary management, arranging interviews, booking meetings, travel arrangements, etc.)
Assisting the resourcing team with secretarial duties, including PowerPoint presentations, Excel tables etc.
Managing the recruitment calendar and recruitment inbox
Arranging resourcing related meetings, events or travel and producing packs as necessary, including conference calls and video conference calls
Completing expense reclaim forms
Printing, photocopying, scanning, creating and amending documents
Processing invoices and assisting with budget management
Assisting with related projects and initiatives providing admin assistance where required
As the Recruitment Administrator, you will possess:
An interest in resourcing
Strong IT skills to include MS Office
Numeracy skills and ability to create, interpret and generate reports and spreadsheets
Attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive situations and information in a discreet manner
