Reward Admin

I am partnering with a successful global Pharmaceutical company who have a requirement for a Reward Administrator to join their EMEA team. Your role will be to assist the Reward team in providing effective administrative, organisational and support services to the Reward Team to support them with their day to day business requirements and projects relating to the development of their current Reward strategy.

Reporting to the Reward Director, your main duties will include:

  • Coordinate activities for the Reward team across EMEA as required including managing the shared mailboxes

  • Supporting the team with projects by acquiring relevant data and effective maintenance of overall activity

  • Updating multiple external online platforms such as benefit portal, job evaluation portal and global mobility portal

  • Updating and maintaining the internal HR - Reward website with the relevant up to date materials

  • Produce accurate and timely Monthly reports on behalf of designated Lead collating information as required. Run various reports related to Reward/Global Mobility

  • Ability to research subjects and gather relevant information as required

  • Acting as an advisory point for EMEA Reward by liaising with external preferred suppliers and internal stakeholders at all levels as required
