HR Business Partner

HR Business Partner - FTC - 12 Months - £50 - £55k

My client is a Transport company based in the London who are looking for a strong Business Partner to support the business areas, gaining a comprehensive understanding of business challenges and asserting influence through strong customer relationships.

Your role will be to deliver productivity and performance through people, building effective and sustainable employee relations and management capability. To balance the needs of the internal customer (e.g. Directors, Heads of department and line managers) whilst acting in the broader interests of business operations, consistency and fairness.

The right candidate will have:

  • Previous experience of working in a HR Business Partner Role or HR Manager role

  • Knowledge and experience of managing and leading TUPE transfers

  • Proven experience of working with full range of employee lifecycle processes

  • Experience of using a HR Information System, preferably iTrent

  • Up-to-date knowledge and proven application of employment legislation

  • Proven experience of working with Trades Union
