A medium sized Financial Services organisation based in West London is looking for a HR MI/Data Analyst to join their small HR team on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly into the Head of HR, the HR MI Analyst will manage everything internally relating to HR systems and data, including compensation. Key responsibilities:
Manage all internal HR systems, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements
Monthly HR reporting and forecasting
Provide analysis on HR data collected
Manage the compensation process from a data perspective
Build reporting tools and streamline processes
This is an opportunity to join a small team, in a broad data and systems position and help them to improve current processes. A "can-do" attitude, eye for detail, strong HR systems/ excel skills and ability to liaise with senior stakeholders will be essential in this position. Previous experience within a Financial Services environment will be advantageous.
