A global financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf is looking for two highly analytical individuals to join their Group Reward function managing year end processes & policies and upcoming reward projects.
This position will be well suited to a technical reward professional or Reward Business Analyst who has an eye for detail and is able to improve/automate current processes. Key requirements include:
Previous experience supporting or managing an annual review cycle and making recommendations on process improvements
Excellent analytical & excel skills
Previous experience working with compensation or HR systems
- Strong stakeholder management skills
