My client is a successful, highly sought-after brand based in Woking, Surrey.

Your new role
Management of HR enquiries from all staff
Management and administration of following HR elements;
New Appointments / Leavers / Maternity Leave
Time and Attendance / Annual Leave / Company Sickness / Overtime
Employee relations
Staff overtime payments
Compensation and benefits administration, including company cars
Recruitment
Support in training
Performance appraisal process (follow-up)
Health & Safety in the Workplace
Legal topics
Internal communication
Prepares monthly payroll information for 80 employees in UK (outsourced)
Updates reporting master records in respect of starters, leavers, change
Working knowledge of payroll 'to gross', 'gross to net calculations' and 'statutory deductions', as well as PD11, P60, P35 documents.
Working knowledge of General Ledger entries to justify balances, including statutory payments of Income Tax and National Insurance Contributions to HMRC
Enrolment of new employees on Pension Schemes and administration of payment of contributions on a monthly basis



What you'll need to succeed
CIPD qualified
Experienced HR professional with strong experience of Payroll Administration
Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation
Good knowledge of HR Information Systems, Microsoft Office and ability to utilise HR data
Ability to communicate effectively and negotiate
Flexibility, proactivity and positive attitude




What you'll get in return
My client is offering a base salary of £35,000 - £40,000 with a comprehensive benefits package. Hours are 9.00am- 5.00pm and there is free parking on site. Offices are based very close to Woking train station.
