Oakleaf Partnership are assisting a leading bank based in Central London in their search for a Reward Analyst. This position will be hired on a permanent basis into their established Reward team.
Reporting to the Senior Reward Manager, the role holders' responsibilities will include:
Supporting the annual compensation review
Responsible for benchmarking processes and including involvement in the execution of the salary survey
Acting as a point of reference for company reward policy
Assist and advise on reward policy and governance.
Take the lead on Reward projects as well as taking an active role in supporting larger annual projects
The ideal candidate will have:
Advanced competency in excel
Previous involvement in compensation analytics
Experience with risk management and regulatory compliance
Project management skills
Executive compensation experience is preferred
