Benefits Specialist

A leading financial services organisation based in Hertfordshire is currently looking for a Benefits Specialist to join their team.

Sitting as part of the Reward team the successful candidate will sit as the main point of contact for company flexi-benefits. Additional responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the total administration of company benefits

  • Managing and maintaining relationships with vendors

  • Take a proactive role in benefits strategy

  • Active involvement in projects across the wider reward team

Key requirements:

  • Previous experience of UK benefits

  • Experience in dealing with benefits suppliers

  • Competent in Excel

  • Pensions experience is preferred but not essential

  • High level organisational skills

  • Detail orientated, multitasking skills
