A small to medium sized financial services organisation is currently looking for an analytical individual to join them on a permanent basis and manage the implementation of a new compensation system, streamlining of compensation processes, as well as supporting with year-end.
The organisation is looking for a technically minded individual who can work as part of an ambitious reward team. Key requirements include:
Excellent analytical & excel skills
An eye for systems and previous experience working with compensation or HR systems
An understanding of the annual review cycle
Experience within Financial Services would be advantageous
