Reward and Data Analyst
Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global media company based in West London with the opportunity to work from home or their London office 2 days per week. They are looking for a Reward and Data Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the SVP of Reward and Benefits, your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the annual salary review, salary benchmarking and bonus scheme processes
Maintaining relationships with benefit suppliers, ensuring the benefits remain as competitive as possible and updating any policies in relation to benefit changes
Contributing to the annual HR budgeting requirements
Maintaining and updating data required for Reward related activities, and ensuring it is always accurate
Ensuring that all Reward processes are as efficient and as streamlined as possible
The ideal candidate will have:
Prior experience within Compensation and Benefits
Strong stakeholder management experience
Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills
Global experience is desirable
