Oakleaf Partnership are working with a global insurance firm based in Central London. The client is looking to hire an HR Operations Analyst to join their Compensation team.
This role will be supporting the Compensation team and have a number of responsibilities including:
Ensure the smooth running of the compensation system and compensation program administration
Providing support with the annual salary review and any additional compensation projects
Take a proactive role in data maintenance to strengthen data integrity - testing data to ensure accuracy,
Take a proactive role in HR system administration including testing of the system, issue resolution and assisting with system upgrades
The ideal candidate will possess the following;
Experience working within an HR function in a systems and/or data analytics capacity
Exposure to compensation analytics
Advanced Excel skills
Advanced analytical, numerical and written communciation skills
