HR Business Partner
Oakleaf Partnership are currently working with a large multi-site business who are looking for an interim HR Business Partner to join their fantastic team. Working within a small HR function you will have ownership for the full HR remit including project work. You will repot to the Head of People and have regular involvement with senior stakeholders.
The main responsibilities of this role will include building collaborative relationships with all key stakeholders to drive the delivery of business objectives. You will lead the implementation of projects in line with strategic priorities including full end to end project management.
To be successful for this position you should be immediately available and interesting in working on an interim basis. You should be able to get to Watford on a daily basis and be flexible with travel. You should have experience within a HR generalist capacity and ideally have experience with a wide range of HR Projects including change management, ER and restructures.
