Your new role
As a key member of the Human Resources Operations team you will manage the provision of an effective, proactive, operational human resources service for the organisation seeking advice and support as required. Reporting to the Deputy Head of Human Resources Operations the successful candidate will take day to day ownership for managing the HR Operations team with another HR Officer together with providing human resources advice to managers and employees on the full employee lifecycle.
What you'll need to succeed
You'll be an experienced HR professional with a strong generalist background who has managed and developed a small team . You'll have updated and implemented policies and have a strong ER background and ideally be level 5 CIPD qualified or above
