HR Coordinator


Your new company

You will be joining a close knit HR team of a boutique law firm at their offices based in Mayfair.

Your new role

You will support across the HR team in a generalist capacity engaging with stakeholders at all levels across the firm as well as external HR contacts and suppliers. You will be responsible for all general HR administration and assist with ad hoc HR projects and queries - acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders regarding HR policies and procedures. You will support the full employee lifecycle including an active involvement with graduate recruitment. You will also assist the Head of HR with management of annual appraisal processes and assist with administration relating to compensation and benefits.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a proven HR administrator with a proven track record supporting an HR function within legal or professional services. You will have a sound understanding of a generalist remit and be eager to get involved in all aspects of HR as required. Knowledge of HRIS Cascade will be beneficial. You should have an exceptional attention to detail and be able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels across the firm.

What you'll get in return

You will join an HR team of 6 and gain hands on exposure to generalist HR activities. A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000, depending on experience and excellent development opportunities.
