Your new company
You will join a dedicated team of HR Consultants at a management consultancy firm based in the City of London.
Your new role
You will provide commercially focused practical HR solutions to a range of external clients across a variety of sectors. You will undertake HR reviews to assess clients HR needs and manage their HR function. You will support clients with all technical and strategic HR processes including but not limited to ER case management, TUPE and redundancy. You will develop and deliver HR and Organisational Design projects in line with clients business and HR needs. You will act as a mentor to internal HR Assistance and encourage their professional development. As a consultant you will proactively take your HR Service to market and develop new business.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have proven experience as a senior HR Advisor or Consultant and have a solid generalist background. It is vital that you approach HR projects from a commercial mindset and have a strong understanding on the technical aspects of HR. You will be well versed in advising and providing solutions around Organisational Development and ER case. A strong understanding of various HR systems and CIPD Level 7 are a must. You will be able to develop relationships with a range of stakeholders and be versatile and adaptable to suit client needs. Prior experience with a HR Consultancy position is desirable.
