People, Performance and ER Lead

Global consultancy organisation seeking an experienced Head of ER to set up their ER function as well as design and deliver performance management strategy. This is a two-year project which will see you work on a fixed term contract.

The position will see you:

  • Set up and oversee the ER team (two direct reports) and lead on complex cases
  • Design and develop performance management strategy aligned with global people priorities
  • Deliver an org design - specifically a culture change piece
  • Partner with L&D to design, deliver and facilitate initiatives that make a vast difference to the capability and confidence of their senior leadership team

Your profile:

  • You will be able to demonstrate successful projects in which you designed delivered and embedded performance management strategies
  • Previously set up ER functions from scratch
  • Hold a proven track record successfully enabling culture change within a global organisation
  • Have a senior leadership background consisting of employee relations, policy, diversity and inclusion as well as strategic HR
  • Ideally be immediately available and able to commit to a long-term project
