Client Details

The client are recruiting a temp HR Administrator due to growth. You will have the chance to join a strong and stable HR team, gain exposure to all aspects of HR including onboarding, recruitment, ER, leavers etc.

Description

As a temp HR Administrator, your key responsibilities will be:

  • Contracts and offer letters for new starters
  • Create job advertisements for vacancies
  • Screen CVS
  • Coordinate interviews
  • Exit interviews
  • Adminster letters
  • Maintain the HRIS system
  • Record holiday, absence, sickness, collate information for payroll
  • Ad hoc

Profile

The successful candidate will ideally be immediately available to start, and have previous experience working within HR. They must have strong communicative skills, both written and verbal, and be able to travel to Borehamwood.
