Reward Analyst

This successful global organisation has a brand-new requirement for a Reward Analyst to join their rapidly growing UK team! This Reward Analyst role will require you to use a commercial approach to provide specialist Reward related advice to employees, managers and the Human Resources team. There will also be an opportunity to assist in the development and implementation of their new HR System.

Your main duties will include but not be limited to:

  • Supporting the team with Gender Pay Gap Reporting domestically

  • To support with the delivery of the annual reward process, including annual pay review, calibration, annual bonus schemes and review of salary pay bands

  • Using a commercial approach to advise the business on areas relating to job evaluation and benchmarking

  • Assisting with the Long Term Incentive Plan process

  • Management of external vendor relationships

  • To design and deliver communication materials including Total Reward Statements for hourly paid and salaried employees

  • Providing assistance with decision making through extensive research, analysis and discussing findings with stakeholders within the business

  • Supporting the project management of the company bonus scheme, including annual review of bonus schemes and communicating analysis with senior members of staff and being the main point of contact for employee bonus queries

The idea candidate will be highly analytical and be able to work with high attention to detail. You will have experience of job evaluation and benchmarking methodology (Willis Towers Watson ideal but not compulsory) and will have experience of involvement in the year end cycle.
