HR Assistant- Permanent

My client are looking to add to their existing HR team and have an exciting job opportunity for an HR Assistant to join them on a permanent basis.

Description

This is a key role to assist with the HR processes and recruitment within the organisation. You will be responsible for processing leavers and starters, assisting with contract changes, T&C's, absence management and assisting managers. You will also help with reporting, as well as people plans and recruitment coordination.

Profile

You will have experience of working within a fast paced HR office environment. You will work proactively to achieve desired outcomes, as well as having excellent communication skills, Microsoft/ excel and the ability to liaise and assist with senior management team.
