Regional HR Business Partner - Hertfordshire - £Negotiable plus car and bonus
Are you a HR Business Partner who has multi site experience and happy to travel?
Our client is a well known commercial organisation who is looking for a permanent HR Business Partner to join the team. Reporting into the HR Director this role will be home based and out on the road 2-3 days per week.
You will develop and implement a People Plan with the Senior Leadership team to drive high performance, internal succession and organisation effectiveness. You will act as a true Business Partner, lead, coach and manage the teams, provide expert advice and leadership across a range of HR subject areas with a focus on OD and Succession Planning.
You will need the following experience:-
- Ideally CIPD Qualified or equivalent
- At least 3 years previous experience working as an HR Business Partner
- Multi site experience is essential
- Proven agility to consistently deliver within a fast moving environment
- Ability to build relationships at all levels
