The successful Employee Engagement Specialist will be responsible for:

* Managing and planning the employee engagement cycle

* Analysing and identifying trends

* Preparing and presenting reports to drive forward employee engagement plans.

Profile

The successful Employee Engagement Specialist must have:

* Previous experience working on employee engagement surveys

* Previous experience of working in a HR department

* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Offer

A new and exciting project for an Employee Engagement Specialist to join a fast-paced Governmental organisation, located in Central London. This will be offered on a 12 month FTC basis.
