HR Business Partner -

My client is a well known Financial Services business that is experiencing huge growth. They are now looking for two HR Business Partner roles.

The purpose of the roles will be to act as the essential link between the business, it's employees and HR. It will be your responsibility to respond to and implement and changes within your business area that are strategically in line with business objectives. You will also take an operational focus and be the main point of call for all HR based queries that your business line has.

This is a full BP generalist role covering all aspects of ER, Operations, Reporting, Organisational Change, Performance and Compensation and much more.

It is therefore essential that this person has superb communication and relationship developing skills. You will also be an experienced HR professional that has prior experience of working with large and demanding client groups. You will be degree educated with a HR focus and ideally be CIPD qualified.
