A highly successful Financial Services business based in the City of London are now looking for an International HRBP to join their dynamic HR function. The business themselves employ over 50,000 employees globally in multiple offices and this role will have clients in various areas within the EMEA region.
The successful candidate will be a true partner to senior level stakeholders and the 600+ employees within their businesses. This role will work closely with the HR Director as well as junior staff supporting the client lines and colleagues within Centres of Excellence.
Very much a broad HRBP generalist type role, candidate that will suit this will have experience and can partner across all HR areas - ER, L&D, talent, change, OD, engagement, HR strategy, compensation and reward, risk, recruitment and ultimately working on and implementing the people plan.
Candidates will need to be dynamic, be able to engage and partner with senior level stakeholders, be strategic but be able to be hands on and "get their hands dirty", collegiate and work well with HR colleagues, an influencer and guide to client groups and be an ambassador for both the business and the HR function.
The lions share of your client groups will be EU based so it will be highly advantageous for candidates to have similar experience, in particular French/German experience as well as UK.
