I am working exclusively with a fantastic organisation based in central London who are looking for an experienced HR Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
You need to be a solid generalist with a strong focus and passion towards recruitment. You will take ownership of the day to day running of the HR function and be responsible for creating and delivering projects and inputting into the people strategy. The right candidate will have confidence and experience in all things HR, particularly recruitment and be able to build effective relationships at all levels. Be fully familiar with UK employment law and any familiarity immigration or international employment law would be an advantage.
This role reports into the HR Director and they are looking for "their right-hand person", someone who can bring new perspective into HR especially around recruitment.
Some of the day to day responsibilities include:
Work collaboratively with the HR Director and senior management, provide input into the HR strategy for the organisation
Coaching managers of any seniority on a full range of HR issues, including performance management issues, employee health matters, structural issues and supporting them through any processes which may be applicable
Measure employee satisfaction and using evidence to identify areas that require improvement
Ensuring all company policies and procedures are up to date and in line with current employment law and ensuring line managers are updated and briefed with any change in policy
Ideally you will have 2-3 years of being a HR Manager with a recruitment background, experience working in a not for profit organisation, be pragmatic, engaging and have a commercial outlook.
