A large public sector organisation in Antrim is looking for an HR Advisor to join their growing HR team on a one year contract.
Your new role
Reporting to the Head of HR you will provide and implement the HR and organisational development functions in line with the organisation's business plan. You will provide support and advice and represent the HR department on a range of employee relations issues to staff and management including but not limited to discipline, grievances, capability, complaints investigations and termination of employment. In addition you will implement the recruitment process in line with current legislation as well as analysis and review of policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have a minimum of a third level qualification in a relevant field as well as chartered membership or be working towards chartered membership of CIPD. You will be able to demonstrate sufficient experience leading people management of a HR function and employee relations management. You will have excellent experience of working with internal and external stakeholders including line managers and have an up to date working knowledge of relative employment law. A full clean drivers licence in required for this role and access to a vehicle.
