Your new role
To support, lead, and effectively manage both the medical/dental and generic recruitment teams, creating an environment through which the teams continuously improve and strive to provide an excellent service. To support the teams in their efforts to deliver tangible improvements in the quality of the service offered in line with trust objectives. To support the trust's management divisions in achieving the business objectives and the recruitment and retention strategy, whilst promoting a strong customer focused environment. To create and instil a proactive approach, dealing with escalated and complex queries when required.
What you'll need to succeed
Educated to Degree level. Part CIPD qualified (Level 5). Report Writing. Recruitment experience. Knowledge of Employment Law. Knowledge of NMC/GMC registration. Knowledge of HR/Payroll information System. Excellent communication skills. Line Management experience.
