Oakleaf are looking for an Italian speaking Recruiter to join a global retailer that has a large presence in Europe.
The Recruiter will support the Talent Acquisition team in a period of growth in Europe and across the business. A significant focus will be on supporting with Resourcing and Recruitment of roles in Italy, for both retail and head office positions.
Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to
Post job adverts on job boards and on the company website
Carry out extensive research according to detailed job briefs
Co-ordinate between all stakeholders to arrange interviews, manage confirmations and any rescheduling
Fully brief candidates on roles
Carry out local market research to ensure a best 'to market' approach according to the role, location and urgency
Manage any agency relationships as needed
Update ATS with all details and status of candidates and roles
Ensure clear and accurate forms and records are available for each stage of the recruitment process
Source, screen and telephone interview candidates in English and Italian
Work with the Recruitment Manager to support any other recruitment as needed
Work proactively and with minimal supervision
Please note a prerequisite for this role is to be fluent in Italian.
